Miss Maddie is shown here wearing her first preemie hat (courtesy of Great Aunt Joey). She's growing steadily (now up to 2 lbs 6 oz) and they're continuing to increase her feeding volume daily. The doctor told us today that if Maddie tolerates this last feeding increase, then they will remove the pic line which is giving her IV fluids. The pic line has served it's purpose, but it's always an infection risk, so we won't miss it.
