Yesterday we took a trip to a small pumpkin patch at a neighborhood church. There were all types of pumpkins, but Maddie was particularly attracted to the baby pumpkins - perfect size for picking up by the stem and throwing. Honestly, I thought we would be asked to leave the pumpkin patch because I could not get Maddie to stop throwing the baby pumpkins on the ground.
reminds me of July 4th when Maddie amazed us by throwing the biggest rocks she could carry into Mimi's swimming pool - Maddie may be testing Mother Nature, gravitational theory, the density of water v air, rock v pumpkin, etc.
