It's been 9 weeks to the day since Ashley went in to the hospital. This afternoon, we were discharged from Dell Childrens' Hospital and made the slow drive home with Maddie. Maddie will see her pediatrician in the morning and until then, we're in charge. It's pretty nerve racking to now be solely responsible for our 5lb bundle of joy, but we're so excited that we've reached this milestone. We appreciate so much all of you that have been so supportive through the hardest season we've faced in a while. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your love, prayers and encouragement.
That being said... STAY TUNED! We'll continue to update the blog with Maddie pics (that's the best part anyway right?)
Praise GOD! Yay for your sweet lil family. Enjoy all these sweet moments - trust me - she will be huge and changing before you know it:) We are so happy for you guys and can't wait to meet her:)
